Hey JetBluer's,

How long would it take a new-hire to hold the FLL base?

Thanks,

MX

I just had a buddy and from the Oct class bid into FLL in March.

It's the captain side that runs real senior! LGB is probably more senior for F/Os than FLL.

Hope that helps and happy landings

NewHires to FLL now!

Hi,

One person fom my class of Feb. 04 went directly to FLL. It could happen quickly! Hope it helps!:D

On a slightly different note...

I know that many JB employes live in Florida. Does anybody have any idea how difficult the comute is from Tampa, Orlando, or FLL?

Thanks.

Orlando is getting tough. There are supposedly 50 pilots,or so, that commute out of there. The other night I flew the last flight from JFK to MCO and there were three on-line pilots going home. One had a cabin seat, one was on a FA jump seat, and one was up front with us.

FLL and PBI is not bad at all to commute to JFK. Check the website for the schedules, but lots of flights at all times of the day.

TPA and RSW are not bad either. Not very many pilots at all in RSW. We have a few in TPA, but I seldom have any of them up front with me when I fly those flights.

Respectfully,

JayDub
