After using Jepp charts for a few years, I could never go back to NOS charts.
I have used jepp charts for 2 different companies and the revision process is simple in either case, but you need to update them regularly, don't let 2 or 3 revisions pile up, because then it will take a longer time.
The first company I worked for only had the SE and SC regions of the country, and each time a revision came in I would simply do the updates page by page.
This is OK if you only have 2 regions to update.
The company I work for now has the entire US, and doing the updates page by page is out of the question (it would take forever each time one came in). You would need to subscribe to the Q-service, which is where they send you all the updates, but you don't put them in your books immediately. You put all the updates into one book, and pull out only the updates you need for a particular flight. Then, once every 3-4 months, they send you a completely new content, and you throw everything you have away (including all the updates you never updated) and replace it with brand new charts, and the process starts all over again. This method is a little more expensive than the first.
Hope this info helps.
