After playing phone tag with Jennifer Fri and Mon, she won this morning when she called my cell phone Results:

All paperwork done, so need to get drug test...she asks what city you are closest to, and gives you the center they use there.

She said results take a couple days, and then she will call back saying you are in the pool (ie package complete)

Drug test date does not matter for pool date.

Per Heather's brief at HPA, pool date is later of Interview and Type date...Jennifer confirmed that it is the day they 'talk' to you (actual interview date) vs any cx dates and the type for the most part, but they look at a few other factors.

When asked about a possible training date, she was conservative as no classes are progged out beyond Apr, but assuming a class every two weeks, she said late summer.

I'm hoping for early summer, so we'll see;o)

When Jennifer called me it came up as "Out of Area."

I hope your guy gets the call today.

"Been there, done that" with the rejection letter (twice) and I know it's not fun.

Actually spoke with Jennifer

Jennifer called me again today (Monday) to reconfirm that we would move forward with the process. It seems that she is required to say that instead of an outright-congratulations.

My wife listened to her message Friday and said I hope you didn't tell your friends that you were offered the job, it doesn't sound official. Jennifer got a laugh out of this story...she said, that is as formal as the offers are.

She let me know
where to go for the drug test-completed it today
the background check was already started
they needed my OK to contact my current employer.

She calls once all the details are finally done.

Can not wait to start class
