USAPA is running the show, so if the BPR blesses a deal, we can move on...Funny thing is, most East pilots believe this....
Ninety percent of the pilots I fly with think we have no leverage at all in this possible merger but these are line pilots I'm talking about. I get to fly with USAPA reps now and then and try hard to go to meetings and what our reps say is they think they have a little, a little leverage with the COC, scope and utilization rate language in our contract. Carl and Becket (hi buddies) if these things weren't important to the company then why are they talking to us now about giving "relief" on these important contractual items? If you don't think these items are important would you be kind enough to explain to little old (yes OLD) line pilot why?
