I worked for a similar company in Ohio. I could tell a lot of stories...the owner was a crook. He owed FS, the exact amount I don't know, but low 6 figures is safe. We had to start training at SimCom and like the company discussed above, pay up front, before we even sat in the sim. This guy even went so far as to "borrow" some money from our 401k accounts to cover cash flow for a month! I wish I was kidding. No training contract though! (Got to look on the brightside, right?)

The good news: company is bankrupt and liqudated so you don't have to worry.
