We gave up a pay scale that continued on. Now it stops at year 14 or 17 if you are in a Class 4.

We gave up fly from home to 100 bases.

We gave up Medical insurance after retirement.

We gave up fighting for a pay scale that matched NJIs and settled for much less, so we could pay the copilots more.

We gave up much more in the IBB, all with "but we get NJI" as an enticement.

I didn't vote for it. I think we gave up too much.
