Another note on the profit sharing. I see the list that has everyone's monthly 2010 service. I think this is wrong. The money allocated to pilots should be divided evenly among all the pilots (east/west) regardless of furlough or not. The pilots on furlough count just as much as those of us that were lucky enough not to be furloughed.

Greed in this profession never ceases to amaze me.

A lot of people on furlough are never coming back, are working other jobs, etc. Point is they are not active employees and it strikes me as absurd that anyone should receive profit sharing when they are not working. I consider that a fairly obvious point on the same level as furloughed pilots no longer receive a paycheck. It's even more obvious when you consider the number of pilots that have voluntarily bypassed recall.

It also was fairly obvious that someone not employed by USair shouldn't be slotted above someone actively flying at america west-
......
.......

I'm afraid as nice a sentiment as it is to give profit sharing to a furloughee that ought to be done on a voluntary basis-
Just organize it

Is there ANY east pilot that believes in American values? Based on the posts here you people would make Leonid Brezhnev and Mao Tse Tung blush.

My USAPA updates constantly remind us that the USairways pilots are the most experienced and highest qualified in the industry! Morally correct is never mentioned.

The fact that there is a USAPA addressing the pilots is evidence they're not too bright either.

"We hate ALPA (the entity that delivered the highest pay rates they will ever see) because of what they did to our pensions" (that's like complaining that the life jacket you were saved with makes you look fat)
