I'll just add no, we don't need gray.
Gray as in the Wright ammendment?
The problem is not the free market but the free markets use of bankruptcy protections to erase debt. Thats what needs to be fixed. It should be one trip through the courts, and your done, no threepeets. The Mcatskil/bond law also needs to go. What other industry forces employee's onto the buyer, name one?
This isn't the railroad era where tracks could only support so many trains.
