Is SWA calling anyone for a second interview.

Just curious if anyone has had a second invite for SWA interview? I'm coming up on two years since my first one. What's the average time to get called again. I'm getting older, more gray hair, and loosing my hearing.

I know they are...but I don't know what on our apps. they look at or what catches their attention for the 2nd. My 2nd will start in Feb.

Good question, Sorry I don't have an answer. I don't know what they are looking for any more.
I've done almost everything I could do that they say would increase your chances for being competitive, Except become CEO.

Just interviewed. Had the type for 2 years, but only recently went over 1600 PIC turbine. That might have been the trigger, but who knows. We had I think 2 guys in my interview group that were second timers, one waited two years for the call back, and had no idea why it took that amount of time vice something shorter or longer. Good luck to you though, after the interview experience I'm sure if I don't get it this time I'll try try again because it's a hell of a company.

Buddy reinterviewed after 14-15 months just about 2 weeks ago. He had a type both times, check airman on a turboprop, and has quite a bit of PIC.

Just interviewed on the 19th. There were 13 of us and I believe one of the guys did not have the type. Myself and at least two others were interviewing for the second time. We all had a good time but now we get to sweat until the Decision Board in late July.

I am not a typical case. My first interview was in 1992 back then there was no 1300 pic requirement. I met all the requirements and the application window was open in 2003. It took from then until 6/19/06 to get my second interview. Some guys in my group got the interview within weeks of applying and others took years. I did not get a chance to find out what anyones particular qualifications were. Sorry I can't be of much more help on the qualification question.
