WHy is everyone from NJI so opposed to voicing/publishing salaries? When you say individual matter does that mean "negotiated" at time of hire?

My experience all of my life in every job has been that my salary is my business and that of my boss. It does not matter to anyone else. If I was not happy with the pay or other aspects I left. I am sure that there are many others with the same life experiences that shape their insights which are the basis for their learning and what you perceive as behavior. I agree about the compensation. If a guy believes it's personal...it's personal. We can debate that point elsewhere. I'm still interested in where you go, how long you stay, where can you live, any surprises and so on.

It's absolutely amazing how ANY thread turns into this kind of response.
What a sad way to live your life.
Someone asked about NJI because they are interested in it and the next thing he'll learn is that the pilot lounge at the Embassy Suites was brought by the union. Wow. Thankgod for that.
