Is MESA CASS?

Just wondering if MESA is CASS approved? Also, is the CRJ900 usually weight limited? Thanks

Mesa is Cass but we are having problems with it working at all airlines. I think it is just growing pains as airlines figure out we are Cass. The CRJ900 is weight limited a lot and is not a good plane to try to get on when it is full.
