What was your point again? Funny, I could have sworn your point was that he has only been here six months, so he doesn't have the right to comment on your anti-union rant. Or something to that effect... complete with the condescending tone.

I think his point is that until you have been at JB for more than 3 years you truly don't understand the culture and cannot make such foolish decisions as to advocate a union which of course you wouldn't make if you had been at JB for more than 3 years and TRULY UNDERSTOOD THE CULTURE.
No matter what airline experience or lack thereof you bring to the job and no matter how professional you are or how hard you work for JB you just can't get it until you have seasoned yourself against a backdrop of heartwarming IROPS in which your love for the company will grow and you will see that JB is really your bestest friend that will always act in your best interest.
