Did CAL go to the unlimited jumpseat agreement yet? I thought that was part of their latest contract.

What's "unlimited" jumpseating and what's "offline" jumpseating? I'm new at this stuff.

Pig- unlimmited jumpseating is empty seats = jumpseats. Many carriers will only take 1 or 2 jumpseaters because that is how many there are in the cockpit, regardless if the plane is empty or not. Even though we can't sit up front unless you are a CASS member. -Confussed yet????

Offline jumpseating- you jumpseat on another carrier other than the one you work for.

I hope this cleared it up for you.
