You know where else we have a "work ethic" problem that isn't seen elsewhere? 112 Secretary/Treasurer position!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the ASA guys "Jumping ship", most if not all are from that side of the Mississippi and F/O's with little or no seniority. Makes sense for them.

That's actually not the case anymore.

yeah but he'll be a CA in less than two years while you become a FO........

He may be a Captain in less than two years. However, I don't see myself becoming an FO any time soon. If you're worried about your own status, I hear Skywest is still hiring. We won't miss you.

He gets rid of the head clown running ASA = ASA has a future.
Skywest opens a base in ATL = it is all over for ASA.[/quote]

JA does NOT want an ATL base. He know's the problems that he will incure with his "beloved" Skwst, we are safe! Can't do the Delta flying out of LAX either! He needs us....plain and simple, that is of course unless he feels like throwing away 425million. Not even skywst could handle THAT loss!

How the hell do you know what JA wants? You have absolutly no information to back that statement up.

Neither do you! You don't work for SKW or ASA, so STFU!!!!

A base in Atlanta is just around the corner for Skywest. If not it will a virtual base. Dont be surprised to see the 900 flying through ATL for Mexico. Way to go ALPA and all the fine folks on the MEC!! It all over for ASA on a few years.

its not over for ASA. We may be down to 50's but we're not going anywhere. Now, QOL is another issue all together. Few new planes for us because of the 70/90 issues. Delta don't want more 50's and thanks to our friends at ALPA, we likely will not get any more 70's and certainly no 90's. 10 year upgrades....here they come.

Now explain to us, ohWhiner, just how ALPA is responsible for ordering/transferring planes? It seems that Delta and SKWY Inc make those decisions, not ASA ALPA as you would like to make evryone believe. ALPA negoitiates work rules and pay last time I looked.
