Irish Pilots Joining Aussies in USA ?

It appears the Irish are trying to join the Aussies on the E3 visa that allows Aussies to come fly for some of the regional carriers here. Not a done deal but worth following. I'm not familiar with the Irish GA av system and whether it produces very many 1500 hour pilots who'd be interested in coming here.
