Had our designated FAA guy (The guy who sits in on over 80 sim rides a year in Dallas) on our jumpseat last week and he said we already have prototypes with some of our pilots. yes it is an Ipad! Says we're due to get them early 2013. Said he was the one that is working on getting everything approved.

. Also, for what its worth the iPad is a terrible search engine...Google based are far superior.
