Board interview tips
I'm surprised that Resume Writer or others haven't jumped in. She/they still may.
Probably the best $0.02 advice is to be yourself. Be sincere. See if you have anything in common with any of the board members. Common interests forge bonds. If any of the members are ex-military pilots, chances are they'll try to bond with you.
I knew an instructor at ERAU who interviewed with Express I in Memphis. He had his glider ratings. Turns out his interviewer did as well. So, they started talking gliders. The next thing he knew, he was hired.
