I used AIR Inc. for an Airtran inveterview. Well worth it I thought. I did the one on one the day before my interview and it really helped. I would suggest getting ahold of them, or Cage consulting...
I used Cage as well. I'd recommend doing it at least 2-4 weeks before your interview. This will give you time to come up with your personal stories and get comfortable with them. I knew I was not a good interviewee before I went for the consultation, and she really helped me a lot. I do not know if she has any UPS-specific info or not. Check the web for recent gouge for that. The stuff she teaches is not airline-dependant. It applies to any interview.
