Hi, I'm looking for everyone's opinion about the best interview prep book on the market. Let me hear from the pros out there that aced their interview. Thanks Guys.

1. Turbine Pilots' Flight Manual
2. Questions, Questions (Air Inc.)

Other books, like Jasinski's, are good but are centered on dress, attitude, a general direction on how to answer the questions, etc. The two above will directly prep you for the questions that will be asked.

Irv Jasinski

I second Tso on Martin Yate. Turbine Pilot's Flight Manual is excellent because it pulls together all aspects, from interviews, to unions, to class, to weather, to systems. It provides a great explanation about constant-speed props. It's well-written, in plain English.

Without fail obtain Airline Pilot Interviews: How You Can Succeed in Getting Hired by Irv Jasinski, ISBN 0942195019. This book is fabulous. Irv was a pilot recruiter for Flying Tiger Airlines. He explains all the ins and outs of airline interviews, and especially how to apply and what H.R. and pilot boards look for in applicants. The book absolutely demystifies the process. I cannot recommend this book enough. You can find the book on www.amazon.com.

I also recommend Irv's interview prep service. I used him to prepare for an aviation interview and I got the job.

Good luck with your interview.
