Hey

Say you spoke to a lawyer and that they misrepresented the position.
They were dishonest and wasted your time.

SUE them for $10,000. Just for wasting your time.

Think i am crazy? Go to www.dol.gov

They will spell it right out for you. What they did was wrong and illegal.

The entire October new-hire class was canceled and they were offered positions with GayJets instead. Within a week of class date with people having quit their previous jobs.

I think the marketing term is "bait and switch"

That is the definition of SCUM BAG... I hope somebody has the balls or money to Sue... That is really scummy.

gee this sounds familiar. just switch TSA to Mesa and Gayjets to Freedom.

the lesson mesa learned though is do not sell yourself short just to get those 10 a/c or so on property. a lot of mesa pilots hate their contract and wish they hadn't voted yes.

I'd like to think that our guys were watching and learning. Thats why we voted NO. This is such BS. This could have all been avoided. (sighs; eyes rolling back in head)
