International Paper is moving corp HQ to Memphis in August, and I'm interested in obtaining employment with their flight dept when they make the move.

I'm going to operate under the assumption that a pilot or two will not make the move from HPN. I'm just wondering what's the etiquette on letting the FDM know I'm interested in filling someone's position who doesn't move. Also, as psychix would ask, what's their pay and qol? :D

I just don't want to sound like a vulture.

Are you sure it's August? You might want to consider contacting them now, they just lost a couple of pilots to Citibank last month.

The last I heard about IP, was that it was happening by 1 Jan. And that most pilotos' were not heading South!

Is Mr. D still the chief pilot?

Yep, he sure is, I saw him the other day as a matter of fact! He IS making the move for a bit, until retirement comes around...
