Question for AA crews?
I have used Delta and Continental several times to go overseas....
( Thanks DAL and CAL you guys are great) . But I was advised that jetBlue is not on the "American Airlines International Jumpseat List".... only domestic travel.
What is the difference? A jumpseat should be system wide!!!!!
We, at jetBlue, welcome all crewmembers from American (pilots, dispatchers and FA's to all destinations. I'm sure this policy will remain the same if we go international.

Unfortunately only the following are allowed on our international jumpseats....UA,AS,NW,CO,DL,US and FEX. BTW...Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean are considered Domestic as far as the jumpseat is concerned. It is a rather limited list, but I don't make the rules. Have your jumpseat coordinator get in touch with the APA. Good luck.

Bluejet...to answer your question. It is a reciprocal agreement. There are many other companies that fly international, but agreements between us and them for whatever reason have never been worked out.

Southwest is also now on the international list after trying for years
