International Flight Planning Fees

I am in the process of reviewing invoices from Universal for a recent trip to Africa in a Global Express. They handled flight planning, landing permits, weather information, all normal items, nothing extraordinary, and overall did a good job. In total, over a three week period we made two crossings and visited four countries along the West coast of Africa.

What should I expect the cost of doing business over there will be?

Did you use UVair for fuel? If not, I would say $6,000 for everything but fuel. We just got back from a 16 day trip and it cost around $4,000.
