Okay, just because Hete says all this, does that make it so? Typical management spin does not make it a reality.

It will show to all the employees when they get their performance match increase on the 401k statements. There is no spin if we all get the maximum performance bonus.

Go take a look at the SEC filing. The relevant numbers are listed on page 26 of the 10K.

Im not positive on this but aren't all three airlines in contract talks? Have they started pitting one airline against another. Usually a typical tactic, just wondering if things have gone that low yet.
 
If they haven't already started,they soon will...There is a large gap between ABX and ATI (soon to be also flying 767's) and an equal gap between Cappy and ATI...I personally don't think they will ever come close to ABX's salary...Why should they? As long as our yearly reliability rate remains at 97.5% (98.25% this month) there seems to be no reason to fix it ,if it ain't broke..
 
The problem is the aircraft are broke. They just aren't being written up. With all due respect; when will the crews at Capital cargo stop selling themselves short and have some personal pride in their profession and they job that they do. I know that some of these x-con and born again loser's that we have working with us are not writing up these aircraft. If you think you/any other PFE can't do anything you could not be more wrong. Use your professional standards committee via your union. The only problem is, people have to have balls enough to put it in writing. PLEASE DON"T HELP MANAGEMENT. They have stolen our money and please get the word out that everyone that flies broke aircraft are doing nothing more than taking money out of all of our pockets. Please don't take this as a personal attack but I do challenge you with
not flying anymore broken aircraft (as we all have done in the past). If a Captain flies a bad aircraft while were in negotiations the union MEC needs to know.
