Let me make one thing clear...I have been a flight engineer for 33 years and I do not fly airplanes that are broken. Secondly, I have been at ATI for 15 years and we are a pretty tight group working together to improve our working conditions,pay and benefits and quality of life issues. We all have a basic respect for each other even if we don't always agree. If you really do think the things you are saying, I'd advise you to get out of there..You either don't need to be there or they don't need you there. As union members, we all have an obligation to support each other. When one crew member bashes his fellow crew members to this extent in a public forum, it degrades the entire organization.

33 years, wow, I bet you got some stories to tell.
 
There's a lot of stories at ATI! None of us here are "young eagles". Most of us, especially the engineers and captains, have seen/done quite a bit! BTW- I agree with Flyer8's opinion 100%.
