I did not fly for them, but know someone who did. (In the EMB135.)

His words, not mine: In his opinion, the airplanes were flown in a manner contrary to the POH, and that at least one captain was disciplined/fired for not going along w/these apparent SOP's.

I don't know if these shenanigans are still going on.

I could probably get some heat for posting this stuff, but it needs to be out there. They have had high turnover; even for a pretty cush job in this economy. Must be a reason for that.

I wanted to work there too, but this story cooled my heels.

Stay away. Far away.

That is interesting. I always wondered what the real story was with those guys-- I heard lots of complaints, but nothing concrete before this.
