Riscky's BBQ is the name of the one down at the Ft. Worth Stockyards I was trying to think of. Great food there. Beef, Pork, Chicken, whatever you prefer.

I have heard that Dickey's BBQ in Addison is great.

DFW Flight Safety has a great coffee machine.

I'm here at the DFW FlightSafety facility for 2-1/2 weeks for DA50 initial. I love BBQ. Where are the good places to eat?

North Main BBQ (Euless)
Sonny Bryants (Grapevine) (not far from the facility)
Big Al's (Dallas) (just South of Love Field)
Dickeys and Spring Valley (Chains scattered across the Metroplex)

And if Mexican is your desire, DO NOT MISS La Hacienda off 121 in the Mid-Cities!!!

Have fun with the DA50 initial. You'll think the big red light in the center of the instrument panel is kinda dorky at first. But you'll learn to appreciate it when the Center engine flames out during training.
