As has been pointed out, auto freight isn't for
everybody, but there are some good opportunities
out there. Why post a crack like 'Idiots, fools and
losers? Sounds like exaggeration to me, and whining.
No, I don't work for IFL, but I've heard mostly
good stuff about them....with a small company, if
they lose a crewmember, they MIGHT have to
alter promised schedules. It's a very competitive
business, and owners walk a fine line between making
and losing money. YES, there ARE idiots, fools, and
losers out there, but from what I've heard, IFL
is OK.

Actually, yeah...IFL was a great place to be this year. People who had been around for many years moved onto bigger and better things. Lots of captain upgrades, lots of FO hiring (and attrition) and an overall busy year. It just goes to show that there are good times and bad times anywhere you go.

spent 8 years of my life over there, our alumni grace the cockpits of FedEX, Southwest, and an assortment of legacy carriers,as well as high end corporate, great people, great company.

You need to chill man, we're having fun with the name, every one that works there does, yeah on-demand freight is tedious and defnately not at all for everyone, there are far far worse places one could be working than IFL, it's a good place to get some time and move on if you can deal with the lifestyle. So unless you work there, and since we're talking about where we work and not your company, but the F out!
