QOL, in the on-demand?

QOL?, come on, IFL is the on-demand business prototype. Live on a pager within 15 minutes of their only base PTK, I don't think they get more than about 6 days a month off, and those are changed on short notice. Very political from what I have heard from former employees. I worked there 3 weeks before coming to USA Jet in 1997, hired as a CV-580 Captain, after ground school told they need not need any Captains or pilots at the time, but I could work there, ride the jumpseat, help load freight, fly on the 91 legs and make $250 per week. But that was 8 years ago, thing may have changed.
