billabongs grumman would be a tight gig.....if it wasnt down for over a month and half because of a brake line or something dumb. Is the girl thats sitting right seat on that bad boy a part of this board...I'd be happy to take her job from her.

Ahhh, Camelot if we could have it.................

Choices in order of age of pilot:

1. Age 20-45 years. Aerobatics or high speed/high G flying, Red Flag scenarios -- any mix of these.

2. Age 45-60 years. Any flying that doesn't require flight attendants.

3. Age 60+. Any flying that doesn't spill coffee, and with easy access to a bathroom/head.

Fugawe ;)

Along the same vein, what did that poster contribute in this thread that incites you to riot, and wakes you from the dead this fine day?

Avbug wondering what makes someone else go off...that's rich!

Just so I don't get accused of not adding something germaine: I always thought if I could have picked the days when I flew a sled around the Y-K Delta, it would have been a great job. But alas, there was nearly always something:

Too much wind.
Too much freezing drizzle/rain.
Runways too muddy/too icy.
Too many mosquitoes.
Too much mail.
Too little mail.
Too many passengers.
Too few passengers.
Too cold.
Too few mechanics.
Too few parts.
Too few rampers (usually went hand in hand with too much mail).
Too much blood (moose, caribou, etc.) to clean up.

But there was that one day....a little piece of heaven.

Tom Bodet will leave the light on for you.
I got an unsolicted wake-up call at 4:30 am from "Tom Bodet" once while staying in OKC. He told me I had just won ten million dollars. Then he told me he was just kidding. Woke me up, but maaaaaaaaaaaan..... I hate Tom Bodet! :angryfire

If I could make $120k with 12% into a DAP and go back and fly the Shorts 360 out of PHX on the old StatesWest routes, you'd never see my a$$ 'round here again! ;) TC

A better question would be what would you do if you had a million dollars?

I've gotta say, it would have to be two chicks at the same time. because that's the only way two chicks would double up on a guy like me.

Space tourism when it becomes widely available. I could get into taking folks into to a sub orbit a few times a week.
How about zero gravity tourism. It would be fun to take a wide body jet and pad it all up for those zero gravity dive rides. I saw that the Jackass or Wildboyz guys did it on one of their shows. I think they were in another country. Anyone see that?

"What would I do with $1,000,000?
Nothing.....absolutely nothing."
