Regardless, a lackadaisical response to a grievance question from a non-member made prior to the representation election is a different animal than a refusal to provide the financials to a member upon request.

If 357 refuses to allow a member access to the financials, a call to the IRB will get 357 tossed the same way the IRB tossed GS.
