I need help from you guys

My sister passed away from, among other things, a brain tumor just over a year ago. She put up a courageous fight over many years and was open to trying everything that might work. It helped that her husband worked for Pfizer and she did try some experimental drugs. It seems that the brain doesn't like to let those drugs in as they eradicted the cancer everywhere but the brain. The doctors gave her only six months to live at one point and she kept going for two years past that.
