I am looking for a school that is located in the south, and generally experiences decent weather suitable for private-pilot training durring the winter months. They need to have a PA-28 available for training, and they need to be a school that is fully capable of handling an aggressive training schedule. (I'm trying to finish my private certificate, given a 2-week period).

Does anyone know of a school like this? While everyone in the world operates a 172, I've done all my training in the Cherokee, and I think finishing my training in a Cherokee will be far easier and less costly than learning to fly a Cessna.

Thanks a lot.

Why don't you just do it local?
Maybe one city over?
The transition to cessna is not a big deal at all. They all fly the same, just different!
Where are you?

I'm in upstate NY, and the weather this time of year can be terrible. On top of that, my current school is experiencing issues that will only delay the training process even further than it already has been.

Finishing in a Cessna is certainly an option, but finishing in a Cherokee still gives me the best chance of obtaining a private certificate within a limited amount of time.

Thanks.
