I think Russian is throwing us off. No guy ever refers to his "wang" - it sounds more like a female colloquial appellation.

Well, a couple years back Henry Rollins did a rather hilarious monologue about slamming his "wang" in a sliding glass door.

But he was pronouncing it "HHHwang" in an apparent effort to increase the laugh value.
