The lady in charge of HR is actually going on maternity leave so Bill Norris is going to fill her shoes for a few months. Phil Donahue has come back to fill Bill's shoes while he is filling the others. So now I guess you could say that Bill is Phils boss...


I think its a great thing that Phil is back involved with the Pilot HR. He does a great job and actually has more background dealing with hiring pilots than any other HR person at UPS... I saw Phil down in the lobby meeting and introducing himself to the Pilots interviewing for that day. He wanted to personally greet the guys and gals coming ot try to work here. Hes a class act. I dont know if it has happened, but I dont think Bill Norris has left his office to meet any of the interviewees, unless of course he has to or was told to... Just my observation... I might be wrong...
