hello all i would like some serious replies. for those of us at RAH. we are going to get screwed with seniorty bypassing upgrades and a strong rumor of street capatains. for now only 145fo's are allowed to upgrade. this memo only came out on friday so who knows what will happen next week but according to the company we are short at least 150 emb-170 captains. oh and they may take vacation awards away as well.
What are you trying to hide?
well at least this thread is moving along. and i am getting the info i need thanks guys.....<--------sarcasm.
It could be he is hiding the fact he is employed by a bottom of the barrel company.
PS= Mesa is giving newhires "up to" $5k in signing bonuses of course I'm sure that they're going to want you to sign on for the better part of a decade. What a f'ing joke.

Don't street captains at RAH make the same hourly rate as someone who upgraded after being there for 3,4,5...years? That would piss me off more.
Last time I checked, they didn't have "street captains." They have J4J people though.
what is J4J?
TheMan said:The Jets for Jobs, or "J4J", program was created at USAirways to come to a resolution between the ALPA pilots who had lost their jobs after massive furloughs after 9/11/2001 and the need for growth aircraft at regional wholly-owned and affiliate companies who had the capital to invest in additional aircraft while USAirways was restructuring under bankruptcy law. The idea was meant to be a compromise between giving these pilots a position at a regional carrier which carried certain benefits (such as furlough protections and higher rates of pay) and allowed the regional carriers to enjoy the benefits of additional growth aircraft.
Is that your girlfriend? Either way it comes across as a tad on the stalkerish side.
