Jimbodawg-------Obviously you know your boss. As an employer, I never held it against an employee who was looking elsewhere to better themselves. Actually, I want to know when someone is looking, then, I too can plan.

Unfortuneatly not all employers share this philosiphy. I've worked for a few scumbags who would fire people upon hearing they were looking for new employment.
