I'd ask the FED to hold the camera.

Have taken video in multi-plane formation while 4 ft away from other aircraft with unrated student pilots at the controls of all aircraft. MARSA...
Were they Cherokee 140s? In northern IN?

Tail number & names on video, not very smart. While the feds might not care, I'm sure CS shares pays their pilots to fly not to video their flying. I would expect a carpet dance soon.

I guess the lesson here is:

1. If you are going to be dumb enough to run your camcorder during a critical phase of flight dont do it on a checkride or with pax on board.

2. Resist the stupid urge to show your n-number in the video.

3. Resist the other stupid urge to say, "Great Job _________ (insert capt.s name, license number and address.)"

4. Whatever you do, if your forget the above, DO NOT POST on a public website.

5. If all else fails, keep copies of your resume's and a pile of self addressed stamped envelopes for immediate broadcast should management find out you violated any number of FAR's.

The end.
