I am sure that Citation Shares dosent want their FO's filming on short final, probably rather have them doing their job. But not sure if the FAA would find it illegal.

You're kidding right? Try doing this stunt on a checkride and see if you pass. Read FAR 91.13 and it should be obvious.

Have taken video in multi-plane formation while 4 ft away from other aircraft with unrated student pilots at the controls of all aircraft. MARSA...
