I'm curious how much people would pay to convert their paper logbooks to electronic (i.e. entered into Excel).

How much and for what kind of logbook? Like $500 for 1 Jepps Pro Pilot Logbook filled? etc.

Or where we use to be, for the most part. :)

I'm about to start that process for myself. 2 logbooks, however, I don't have any money to spare, and I wouldn't trust anyone with them.:)

Hypothetical scenario: Say there's a place that offers paper to electronic logbook conversion for $1. Sure everybody would do it. The catch is you have to send them your logbook for 3 days but insurance is available.

How much is your logbook worth? How much would you insure it for?

Are we hypothetically assuming you can't send them a photocopy?

Sure you could spend an hour photocopying each page.

The real question was how much is it worth to you $$$
