How Much for FCC License?

I just got mine, I paid $50 for it. They don't give it a certificate number, but they do put your FRN on it. Filling out the online form is a pain.

Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's Permit

Here's the link to the FCC site where I obtained my permit (http://wireless.fcc.gov/commoperators/rp.html). I paid $50.00 for this useless piece of paper, but I guess we need it. My permit has my name, signature, and date of issue. Good luck.

Got mine in '93, it cost me $50, I believe it's still the same price.

The online form only took me half an hour. It took me longer to address the letter and find stamps than to fill out the form.
