How man interviews did everyone do?

How many interviews did you do before you got your first 121 regional job? Ever say anything really stupid in an interview? Let the numbers and stories begin....

I've been lucky; I'm still batting 1000 when it comes to interviews and job offers. I was in a 135 interview once where I was setting up my radios and what not before takeoff. The sim evaluator was sitting behind me. The secratary at the place where the sim eval took place walked by. On a scale of 1-10 she was a good 9.5-10, very hot. I said something to the effect of "I wish more of the pilots around here looked like that"; one of those things you might say to a fellow co-worker but not during an interview! Fortunately he agreed with me and it was a non-issue.

Of course I was interviewing when you could get a job anywhere with 1000/100 so that could have played a part.

We're pilots! What could we possibly say that would sound stupid?
Although, I did spill the juice out of a can of tuna fish into my crotch once, and tried in vain to explain it to the deplaning passengers.

Went through my entire XJ interview with my fly down! Evidently they liked what they saw!

JK, Had my suit coat on the whole time, so fortunately they didn't get a peek.

For me... 1 interview = 1 job

1 interview at Mesaba... 1 current job at Mesaba. Mostly happy to be here. An upgrade would be nice, but I don't regret at all making Mesaba my #1 choice.
