How in the hell do you guys keep FO's then!!! Jeez, I thought Piedmont was bad for upgrade time!!!

We don't keep FOs here at Eagle, they are just disposable! I plan on staying until I can get hired at a fractional. But it is a decent company to spend a few years and get some turbine time. If/when AA recalls there will be some movement, but thats years away.

Pinnacle is 3-4 years with no aircraft orders. I would go anywhere but Pinnacle (unless your wife wants to live in MEM, DTW, MSP). FO pay is very bad 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year. (all years)

Roll the dice well. It is all luck.

Took me 14 months at Colgan Air. I do belive it is slowing now that more people like me upgraded and dont have the experience to move on yet. Upgrade times slowing down at a regional like Colgan could mean 18 months but overnight it could be 18 years.

To become a Captain takes many, many years and 10,000 hours and beyond. To become a typed certificate holder at a regional. It's a matter of timing.

F#&K OFF!

At Colgan they want 2200TT and 500 in type, so it all depends. Also, it seems to be slowing a bit but summer will quicken things. I am having a blast here!

It was a little under 2 years for me at Trans States. The only trouble is that now I'm going back to the right seat. Eight months after going to upgrade class, I am going back but luckily I'm still high mins!!!

And it looks like we might get to be right back in the training center again sometime near the end of the year to go back to the left seat. We will be spending so much time in the training center that Hulas might start charging us rent. Anyways see you in downgrade class in the morning. Maybe I'll eat a breakfast burrito before class and see if I can run the fed out of the back row..haha

I'll be there at the end of this month, funny how my schedule says "UPG", I want it changed to "DG".

I was just told by a FM that it could be this time next year to see the left seat. I hope that is not true, but I after almost a year of being on reserve it will be nice to hold a line.

Wave you finger like you just don't care
