Just curious to see how long some of you have gone without moving the aircraft and still stayed on payroll? We are going in two month increments, sometimes more since this economy downfall.

I used to work for a wealthy individual that would go 6-8 weeks a couple time a year and not move the airplane. I would update my resume just in case. If you end up on the street I can show you where the government cheese line is located.

i fly for a nascar driver and only worked 90 hours last year, just wonder how long a good thing will last?

I have a friend in Chicago who has a gig like that, he has been flying less then 100 hours a year for 17 years now. Sometimes you just never know.
