How do you update with PSA?

I applied back in July 05 and wanted to update with PSA. I sent a resume to the email address on the website and got the response prompting me to fill out the application packet. I did so, but then when I sent updates to the same email address, I still get the forward to the application packet. Do I have to fill out a new application packet every time I want to update my qualifications?

when I did it

When I did it, the reply to address from the application packet was Nichole's address. I updated my resume with that e-mail address a few time. I also snail mailed it to them a few times as well.
