It's basically take it or leave it. If it's voted down management will shuffle the money around and come out with a new package. Last time I believe it was a 1.0% raise for everyone. It was voted down then they came back with 1.2% for the jet and 0 for the EMB. That time it passed.

So last time the Jet guys screwed over the prop guys. What a great pilot group all for .2% more.

Hopefully skyway's flying is the last you will get

Newsflash....it already is, Steven. Thanks for your concern from your ExpressJet cockpit. What is going to happen when SkyWest takes your company's Delta flying out of LAX?

XPOO....Please for the love of God, SHUT THE EFF UP!!!!!!! Don't pretend you speak for the pilots of SkyWest, and please don't anybody else think that this dispatcher, who routinely gives you release fuel that would make you fall out of the sky halfway to your destination, speaks for any of us. Once and for all XPOO, job growth at the expense of others is NEVER GOOD! You are a bad man with a huge mouth. Your rantings are trying to give all SkyWest pilots a bad name, and you are not even one of us! So please, just go away.

Gnarloooo....

You do a pretty good job at giving pilots a bad name all by yourself. You don't need my help.

Just think, if Sky West Pilots had voted in Alpa they could be just as happy as our pilots over here at Pinnacle.

This pay proposal is about exactly what I expected. Last time it was the Brasillia guys that got screwed, this time it's the jet FO's. The proposal will pass 50.5% to 49.5% same as last time. If they put forward a package that gets 100% support they are being too generous with the stockholders money. They have their finger on the pulse of the pilot group and know just how much to give to whom to get it passed.

Its a double barrel, you can try your luck on the other barrel, no charge!

Could the SKYW guys clarify this for me...

Say you vote this pay-raise down and the company refuses to budge.

You refuse to budge and the company refuses to budge. What happens then?
Its like a Utah version of a Kabuki theater. The company shills(SAPA), sell like there is no tomorrow, lots of hand wringing and wailing, throw a little drama(new codeshare), threats(we don't think they will go for more, just take this and we will work on the next paypackage). 10 years and its still the same old stuff, I wonder what this years sales sound bite will be? The deal me an Ace bite will be hard to top! The sky is following, the sky is falling, whatever.

Why don't you shut up and type, isn't there a flight to follow or sumptin?

Wrong! The first time it was 1.2% for everyone, and they came back with 1.0000000000% for the crj and the big 0.000000000000000000000000% for the EMB!
