How do negotiations work at SKYW?

Could the SKYW guys clarify this for me...

Say you vote this pay-raise down and the company refuses to budge.

You refuse to budge and the company refuses to budge. What happens then?

It's basically take it or leave it. If it's voted down management will shuffle the money around and come out with a new package. Last time I believe it was a 1.0% raise for everyone. It was voted down then they came back with 1.2% for the jet and 0 for the EMB. That time it passed.

They keep voting down alpa and SkyWest will keep buying union companies and screwing the other pilots. They don't want to merge the lists, that's why the SkyWest folk vote down alpa.

Great growth and business plan there from a MANAGEMENT standpoint.

Like I've said, you can make that argument but others can make a good argument that its not so. The point is that with Skywests 35 years of success and $750 million in the bank and making $150 million a year, you SHOULD be thee undisputed, hands down, no doubt about it, best airline to work for without having animosity always pointed towards you. And while you're at it, help the rest of the industry to boot.

Don't pretend you speak for the pilots of SkyWest, and please don't anybody else think that this dispatcher, who routinely gives you release fuel that would make you fall out of the sky halfway to your destination, speaks for any of us.
