Hey folks,

For those of you at NJA or CS or other fractionnals, how much do you make in average per month (or per year) in tips?

Thanks to all of you who don't mind answering this question!!!

Zip, ziltch and notta. Our company did not allow us to accept tips. However they allow us now but never told the owners. So zip, ziltch, notta on the tips.

rumors abound that mgmt tells our owners not to tip us, or did at some point, but we get 20's, 50's, and occasional 100's now and then. A lot of times on demo flights tho ...

Friend of mine flies a Hawker for Netjets and he had an owner literally throw some hundred dollar bills into the cockpit after a flight - about $300 for the two guys. I guess that was unusual but most welcome....... He's told me about one-off $50 tips here and there too. Severe weather also helps - the pax evidently seem more appreciative.

I was super lucky last year and came out with about $500 for the year, but we aren't really supposed to get them and most of the guys I flew with said they rarely get them. I don't do anything special, so I know it was just luck for me.

I get a 50 at least once a month and Ive gotten 300 for flying on thanksgiving. But you could never live on just tips

I seem to do really well with the tips... The " I need beer money" tip jar placed strategically near the exit door seems to help...:0
