Just curious what people on the board thought the “Hottest Safety Issue” is right now for:

a.) Corporate aviation in general
b.) Your Flight Department

One of the biggest safety issues IMO for us corporate/charter guys is fatigue.

Typical scenario: O'Dark Thirty show time. Get into the destination around noon. Get a day room. Show back out at the airport 10pm for an 11pm departure. Get back to home airport at O’Dark Thirty.

I don’t know how some guys can do it, but I *can not* sleep during the day. On trips where we are required to get a day room, it’s not unusual for me to be shooting an instrument approach at night after being awake for 20+ hrs.
