Hotels in FLL?

[1800 RVR]

I was wondering if I could get some help and opinions. What are some decent hotels, that are on the beach, within a 30 min drive of the airport, not overly expensive,etc. Also, if you have stayed at these places, what were your impressions? Prices? Time frame that I am looking at is end of March. Is that area heavily Spring Break inundated? All opinions are appreciated and thanked for in advance!

Ive stayed at the Hilton also. Very nice hotel with an excellent pool, but not anywhere near the beach.

the Ft. Lauderdale Marina Marriott is nice...

Yankee Trader

My vote would be the Sharaton Yankee Trader. On the beach, short walk to all the action, nice rooms. Not sure about the rate though.

Ramada Seaside ? On the beach, like 80 bucks a night, but I wouldn't do it duing spring break
